Each joellehawkens.com order is shipped with the standard FedEx shipping & handling charge. All orders are sent via FedEx Ground, unless expedited shipping is specified. Please allow two to three days from date of purchase for items to be processed and shipped. Your package will be received within three to seven business days from the time of purchase.
For orders shipping to multiple addresses will apply per shipment.

Full price merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of the date of delivery. Full price merchandise must be unworn and
returned in its original packaging (tags attached), and the original invoice included. Please note that shipping and handling charges of returned merchandise are non-refundable. Treesje accepts returns by all mail carriers. Sale merchandise is considered final sale and is non-refundable.
Only merchandise purchased through joellehawkens,com is eligible for return which excludes purchases made through various
outside retailers. Please contact the selected retailer where your Treesje product was purchased if a return is needed outside of joellehawkens.com.
Upon the receipt of returned goods, Treesje reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not comply with the
return policy requirements. Prior to a return, please contact customer service (customerservice@tressje.com) so we can be of further assistance.
Your credit card will be credited within 14 days of the receipt of the return, and will be reflected on your next credit statement. You will receive notification via phone/email that your refund has been processed.
